Born on June 13, 1972 at Ohong, Obudu LGA, Cross River State, Nigeria. Studied at RCM Central Primary school Ohong, Bedia Secondary Commercial School, Obudu and St Joseph Major Seminary, Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State. Ordained a Catholic Priest for the Diocese of Ogoja on July 20, 2002. Had both an M.A. in Logic (Philosophy) in 2011 and a PhD in Epistemology of Religion in 2014 from the Pontifical Lateran University, Rome, Italy. He got a PGD in Christian-Muslim Relations from the Pontifical Institute for Arabic and Islamic Studies, Rome, Italy in 2013 and an MBA in 2025 from the University of Cross River State. He is an academic with over 15 years of lecturing experience at the St. Joseph Major Seminary Ikot Ekpene and the Catholic Institute of West Africa, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He became a Registrar at Thomas McGettrick Institute of Technology Ogoja in 2021.
