Biography

Abiji Emmanuel is an accomplished lecturer, researcher, and management professional with demonstrated expertise in business administration, strategic management, and entrepreneurship development. He currently serves at the Thomas McGettrick Institute of Technology, Ogoja, where he delivers instruction in management and entrepreneurship, supervises undergraduate research projects, and contributes to curriculum enhancement and institutional quality assurance. In his capacity as Director of Entrepreneurship, he provides strategic leadership for institutional enterprise development, coordinates innovation-driven training and incubation programmes, forges industry linkages, and oversees the operations of all entrepreneurship ventures within the institute. Additionally, he functions as an Admission Officer, ensuring that admissions processes adhere to institutional standards of transparency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Mr. Emmanuel is also an experienced academic research consultant, offering specialized services in research design, scholarly writing, proofreading, and quantitative data analysis to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. His research interests encompass strategic management, supply chain management, digital transformation, green manufacturing, environmental sustainability, and financial inclusion. He has authored and co-authored over 15 peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented research findings at notable national academic conferences.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Second Class Upper Division) from the Cross River University of Technology and is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Management (Operations Management) at the University of Cross River State. His technical competencies include proficiency in SPSS, Eviews, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools.
