Agada Julius Adebola is an experienced Lecturer, Academic Administrator, and Agribusiness Trainer with over two decades of contributions to teaching, educational leadership, and youth capacity development. He is currently a Lecturer II at the Thomas McGettrick Institute of Technology, Igoli.- Ogoja, where he teaches, mentors students, and supports curriculum development.

He previously served as Academic Dean at Pope John Paul II Seminary, Okpoma – Yala (2008 – 2022), providing leadership in academic planning, examinations management, curriculum review, and staff development. His earlier roles as a classroom teacher and examination officer strengthened his reputation as a committed educator.

Beyond academics, Mr. Agada managed POJOPS Farms for over a decade and later partnered with CUSO International’s YouLead Project, training youths in poultry farming and agribusiness skills.

He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Administration & Planning and several postgraduate qualifications, with an MBA/MSc in view. Known for his strong leadership, professionalism, and passion for youth development, he continues to contribute meaningfully to Nigeria’s education and agribusiness sectors.
